Rotary Dimmer with Locator Switch

The series of assembled dimmers has been created to simplify the ordering process and to help the customer see exactly what they are buying before they actually make the final decision. This combination includes a dimmer module and a separate 16AX switch in order to allow the customer to dim one circuit of lights and do standard on / off switching with the individual switch separately. The rotary dimmer can be used on most types of dimmable LEDs and all incandescent lamps. Due to different technology used in different brands of LEDs, Major Tech can only guarantee compatibility with all of Major Techs dimmable LEDs and any brand of incandescent lamps.

The rotary dimmer has a click on type switching in order that the dimming starts from very low light and doesnt suddenly have very bright light which could have been set when the dimmer was previously used. The dimmer includes a pilot light to easily find it in the dark. Dimming is controlled by rotating the dimmer knob in a clockwise direction until the desired light level is set. In order to reduce the light intensity or turn off the dimmer the knob must be turned in an anticlockwise direction. The dimmer uses trailing edge technology.
