Our rotary dimmer with locator switch combines adjustable lighting control with a separate switch for added convenience. The rotary knob lets you adjust the brightness of compatible lights, while the individual 16AX switch provides standard on/off control for a separate lighting circuit.

The assembled unit includes the dimmer module, fixing frame and cover plate, making it easier to order the components together. In addition, the built-in pilot light helps you locate the switch in the dark.

The dimmer uses trailing-edge technology and supports compatible dimmable lamps up to 200 W maximum, including LED and incandescent lamps. However, LED compatibility varies between brands. Major Tech guarantees compatibility with its own dimmable LEDs and incandescent lamps from any brand.

To adjust the brightness, turn the rotary knob clockwise until you reach your preferred light level. Alternatively, turn it anticlockwise to reduce the brightness or switch the dimmer off.
