All our products undergo factory testing prior to packaging as well as thorough inspection before dispatch. 

If an item was incorrectly sent, it is the clients’ responsibility to send back the incorrect goods in the original packaging within 5 days, the client will be refunded the courier costs. 

The correct goods will be sent back to the client.

If the client wishes to return an item correctly supplied, the client will be liable to send back the goods in the original packaging within 5 days at own cost.

Damaged or problematic products need to be reported to Light Switches immediately via email with a descriptive report of the issue and sent back to us for inspection. The product will be inspected and tested for damages and faults. If damaged, scratched or damaged through faulty installation or handling, the product may be refused exchange or refund. The courier fee to return the goods will be refunded only after inspection completed in full and any outstanding amounts settled.
