Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
- We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, should they be in their original sellable condition.
- Please note no products installed will be accepted.
- Cancelled orders must be sent back at the customers own expense and a refund will only be issued once the item has been received in the original condition and packaging.
- Please note that no refund will be given on "special orders". Special orders are products that we do not stock but sourced for the customer.
Damaged, Faulty and Incorrect goods
- Damaged or Incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. These items will be replaced and collected Light Switches' own expense. Please email info@lightswitches.co.za with photo evidence and order details.
- Please ensure that you are happy with the product before installing as no claims for damaged and incorrect goods will be accepted after installation.
- All items returned within its warranty time will be replaced and delivered at Light Switches' expense, should the customer have problems with the items supplied.
- Photo’s and videos must be emailed to info@lightswitches.co.za for defective claims.
Products exceeding cancellation period
- Please email info@lightswitvhes.co.za as any queries are handled on a case by case basis.
