Microwave Motion Sensor

Microwave Motion Sensor

The Major Tech MS360 Microwave Motion Sensor uses 5.8GHz microwave technology to detect even slight movement within its detection zone. It automatically switches lighting on and off based on occupancy, helping reduce unnecessary energy use when a space is empty.

Install the MS360 indoors on the ceiling at a height of 2 to 6 metres. You can adjust its detection radius from 2 metres to 16 metres to suit your space. In addition, the sensor offers six time-delay settings: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 90 seconds, 3 minutes, 6 minutes or 12 minutes.

The MS360 also features adjustable light-level controls. Choose from 3, 30 or 300 lux, or select SUN mode. These settings help you tailor the sensor’s operation to your lighting environment. Furthermore, you can connect it to an existing light fitting or use it with new lights.

Microwave technology can detect movement through doors, glass panes and thin walls. Therefore, you can position the sensor behind certain objects where suitable. The MS360 is ideal for homes, educational facilities and commercial properties where automatic lighting control can improve convenience and energy efficiency.
