Are the switches the same size as my South African switches?

Our switches are 3x3 (European size), and won’t fit in the 2x4 south African size. We do send wall boxes with the switches, with a little work they can be installed.

Are 3x3 wall boxes included?

Yes, 3x3 flush mount wall boxes are included with the switches. If you want surface mount wall boxes you can order them separately here

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds if the product was delivered faulty. Refunds must be logged within 14 days of purchase.

    • requires minimum 35mm depth available within the backbox
    • LED dimmer module has auto-detect function for either leading edge or trailing edge with 5-150W load, 230-240V 50Hz
    • 1-way switch
    • concealed fixings
    • our dimmer switches cannot be used in conjunction with each other. We recommend using one dimmer switch per circuit
    • these dimmer switches are not for use with circuits that include external transformers
