Are the switches the same size as my South African switches?

Please review the size details carefully.

Some of our switches and sockets are designed for South African sizes (4x4 or 2x4), while others are 3x3 (European size) and will not fit in the 4x4 or 2x4 South African wall boxes. We include compatible wall boxes with the 3x3 switches, but please note that installation may require some adjustments

Which wallboxes are included with my purchase?

The 3x3 flush mount wall boxes are included with the square (86x86mm) switches. If you want surface mount wall boxes you can order them separately here

Note: No standard SA wallboxes included with 2x4 ,4x4 and Omni Cluster Veti ranges.

Patented Brackets:

  • Our brackets, which are included when you purchase our accessories and can be mounted onto our panels using these brackets, are patented in Denmark (Danish patent DK 181795 B1) and have “Patent Pending” status in other countries (international patent application WO 2024255982 A1).

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Brass version:

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

  • Brass naturally oxidizes over time. To refresh and restore shine, gently polish with a suitable brass cleaner and a soft cloth.

Stainless Steel version:

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid cleaning agents.

Black version:

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid cleaning agents.

Installation & safety

  1. Thread the finger screw into the bracket by hand.

  2. Tighten until the accessory sits firmly against the panel — no tools required.

  3. To reposition, loosen by hand, slide the bracket to the new position, and retighten.

  4. Hand-tighten only — do not use tools, as overtightening may damage the bracket thread.
